Terms - The Country Club

The management has full rights to decide, modify and revise at their discretion, all matters related to Policies, Services, Timings, Holidays, Opening/Closing of any departments, pricing and all other aspects which may affect the operations of the club without any prior notice.

All classes of members shall strictly follow the prescribed rules & regulations or as may be prescribed by the management from time to time. They are expected to observe proper decorum and dignity and not cause any inconvenience to other members, guests or management. They shall pay their dues, annual subscriptions, etc. within the stipulated time. Any misbehavior or violations of any rules by a member/his family/guests or non payment of dues / fees etc. shall entail disciplinary action by the management including termination of membership which shall be final.

The membership card is the property of The Country Club Resort and shall be surrendered to it on relinquishment and /or termination of Membership.

Corporate membership Card may be transferred to another individual at the written request of a Corporate Member. Such transfer shall be subject to approval of management and shall be effected upon payment of such transfer feeds as shall be fixed by the management from time to time.

Corporate nominate Membership entitles only a registered Company or a firm to let any four of its executives or one executive with his family, (includes spouse and 2 children) for membership. The management reserves rights to ask for supporting documents.

Family memberships is implied for a family of four (Husband and souse an two children below 18 years).

The membership is given for a period of 30 years against membership fees. The membership fees is refundable only after expire of period of 30 years. Life membership is transferable within family member only and with prior consent of the management.

The club timings and/or the rate of admission fee, entrance fee and annual subscription; fees for various services, facilities games, food, beverages etc. shall be fixed by the management from time to time and shall be subject to change at the sole discretion of the management.

The management has full rights to cancel any membership without assigning any reason.

The membership card is strictly non transferable and shall be used only by the person in whose name it has been issued. Any misuse will lead to cancellation of the membership without refund.

Applications will be screened by the management of The Country Club Resort whose decision to accept or reject any application shall be final.

The management reserves the right to revise the membership fee at the time of granting the membership.

List of complementary service and services by extra charges & consumable will be given separately.

Children below 12 years will not be allowed to use the swimming pool without being accompanied by an adult.

The minimum age for the health club membership is 18 years at present, which may be changed by the management if they so desire.

The management shall not be responsible for any loss of property or injury to the members or their guests due to any mishap/accident within the premises of the club and will not entertain any claims in this respect. The members shall use the swimming pool and all other facilities at their own risk and liability.

Any damage to the club property is to be compensated in cash.

All concessions and facilities shall be offered only on presentation of valid membership card.

Members must follow all rules and regulations of various other establishments affiliated to the club while using them.

Members may bring, introduce guests to the club at the discretion of the management provided they are respectable person. Guest charges will be payable by the member. The member shall be liable for all acts and omissions of such guests within "The Country Club Resort" premises.

Payment of annual maintenance fee has to be made by all members as may be fixed by the management.

All transaction and/or disputes shall be subject to VALSAD 396 001 (GUJARAT, INDIA) jurisdiction only.

For the better control of Club/Operations the membership card will be freshly issued every year at a nominal charges.

The members will/shall not be deemed or otherwise be considered as consumers.

Nomination in case of death of life member only.

Examination by panel of Physician is a must prior to issuance of membership card or admission.

No pets / Alcoholic Drinks / Illegal activities permitted within the premises of club.
