Online Booking Form is an advance notice for The Country Club Resort Management. Please download the form in the Microsoft Word format(38 KB) OR PDF file (30 KB) OR ZIP file (15 KB). Send us the duly filled-signed form with your payment/deposit. Confirmation of the booking can only be given after the receipt of the amount.
Catering : Outside catering not allowed.
Cancellation : 25% deposit will be forfeited if booking is cancelled.

People will be allowed in Conference Hall only. Nobody will be allowed inside the club area.

Parking of vehicles will be outside the club. No vehicle will be allowed inside the club area. For conference & parties parking not allowed inside member's parking area.

Air conditioners, Audio Visual aids will be operated by the club operator only. Nobody is allowed to operate without prior permission.

Members attending the conference at own risk and cost. Club management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to property or life.

Any body found to damage or destroy the property of club will have to pay for the loss or damages fixed by the management.
